Our Vision
The vision of Lead Academy is to focus on two absolutely critical developmental areas: leaders that are both highly skilled in their leadership, but also deeply formed into the likeness of Christ.
We desire to raise highly skilled and deeply formed church leaders – leaders who carry both competence (skill) and Christlike character (formation) into the leadership of churches.
Lead Academy is an immersive learning experience and atmosphere that both enlarges leaders’ capacity and forms them deeply.
